If you have a ShopPay account and you're signed in, make sure you pick the "Check Out as a Guest" option. TrueMed payments are processed separately from ShopPay, so completing this step is key to using your HSA/FSA funds.

STEP 3

Select TrueMed as your payment method

When you reach checkout, you'll see the option to pay with "TrueMed - Pay with HSA/FSA." Select this option to continue, then click "Pay now."

STEP 4

Complete a quick health survey

TrueMed will walk you through a short health survey. Answer a few questions about your HSA/FSA and your health to confirm you're eligible for reimbursement.

STEP 5

Complete your checkout with TrueMed

We recommend using a credit or debit card to pay, then reimbursing yourself from your HSA/FSA funds once checkout is done—this gives you the best chance of success.

STEP 6

Complete your order

After the evaluation form is done, you'll return to our website. If your order is HSA/FSA eligible, you'll get a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) via email within 48 hours.
